Do I need a referral from a doctor?
No referral is needed. You can enquire directly. However, I’m happy to collaborate with your GP, consultant, or healthcare provider to ensure an integrated, evidence-informed approach to your care.

How do you handle confidentiality and data privacy?
All information shared is strictly confidential and managed in line with GDPR and professional ethics.Your personal data is never shared or sold, and all communication is handled securely.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice are fully flexible. Appointments cancelled with less notice may be charged in full to protect time allocated for your session.
