Only 9% of UK adults meet their daily fibre target - and that shortfall has ripple effects far beyond digestion.

We’d rather talk about protein powders or intermittent fasting than bowel movements, but regular, healthy digestion is one of the clearest signs of a thriving gut. Fibre supports your microbiome, balances blood sugar, clears excess hormones, and even influences mood through the gut–brain axis.
